Not MGTOW related exactly. Just asking some advice from a community I appreciate. Yea so I have an in-person interview tomorrow. A little bit nervous because yesterday I completely bombed a phone interview with a different bank. I completely blanked on a question. They asked me why I chose their company to apply to and I was completely dumbfounded. So after that interview I researched this other bank and have even gone so far as to memorize a quote from their CEO about their business principles. I'm not sure what else I should be doing. Mostly I'm just trying to make sure I don't fumble my words or get the jitters during the interview. I typically get excited and started tripping over my words when I'm nervous so I'm trying to work on making that not happen. Also I'm trying to figure out how to bring up salary negotiations if I do get an offer. They are a huge bank and I don't even know whether or not they'd have room for that. And I don't want to leave a bad impression by trying to negotiate for a salary when they are inflexible.

History [ edit] Due to the increased strain of the American military during World War II, the Department of Defense moved to build more munitions facilities within the nation. MCAAP was established May 20, 1943 as the McAlester Naval Depot. It became part of the Army 's Single Manager for Conventional Ammunition in 1977. After the 1995 Base Realignment and Closure Commission, it acquired Red River Munitions Center in 1999. As a result of the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure Commission, MCAAP will be acquiring additional workload. From Kansas Army Ammunition Plant, it will acquire the Sensor Fuzed Weapon and missile warhead production. From Red River Munitions Center, Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant, and Sierra Army Depot, it will acquire demilitarization, storage, and maintenance functions.
